TERMS & CONDITIONS.
AS THE ARTIST, I...
- have the right to post my own art anywhere.
- have the right to use commissioned art on my social media for advertising purposes, HOWEVER, I will not post it upon request.
- have the right to turn down any commission for any reason.AS THE CLIENT, YOU MAY...
- use my art for personal use or as graphics of personal projects!
- print my art for personal use use.
- NOT use my art for commercial use unless agreed upon beforehand (examples of commercial use: youtube graphics, business/shop graphics, mascots for shops, etc.)
- may post my work onto your social media, but make sure to link back to me in some way.
- request for small changes to finished pieces, large changes require a fee of $5 each.
- revise the first draft and make changes to it completely free of charge.REGARDING PAYMENT...
- it must be done upfront after the first sketch is shown. Half the price may be payed as well if agreed upon beforehand.
- forms of payment accepted are, as of now, only Paypal! Ko-fi is being worked on. Venmo or Cashapp not available at the time, but may be considered for the future.REGARDING REFUNDS...
- After the first draft is presented and the commissioner wishes to back out, they can ask for a refund and the commission will be canceled. Past said stage, and if it's on the colouring stage, no refunds will be given out.REGARDING REFERENCES...
- references are REQUIRED for any type of commission, references must be clear and show most if not all details. If references can't be provided, then a detailed description of the character must be given, with visual representations. (Be it stock photos, or otherwise).
- for customs visual representations, a moodboard and/or a theme must be presented.
- descriptions should always be accompanied by visual references.
